support@tennis-smartvision.appAccess and agreement
These terms apply when you use SmartVision. The hosted service currently limits access to approved accounts and does not offer public self-service account creation, subscriptions, or paid plans. Use only an account you are authorized to use and keep your sign-in access secure. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the studio.
Your recordings and permissions
You retain your rights in your recordings and edits. You give the service permission to store, process, reproduce, and create derived files from the material you submit only as needed to provide the requested analysis, playback, backup, and export. You must have the rights and permissions required to upload, record, and use footage, audio, and the likenesses of people shown, including any required parental permission. Do not submit unlawful content or recordings that infringe others’ privacy or rights.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another person’s data, bypass authentication or resource limits, interfere with the service, distribute malicious material, or use the tool for unlawful surveillance. You are responsible for the content you upload and for how you use or share exported videos. The service is not offered as an account service for children.
Analysis and your review
Automatic tracking, point boundaries, bounces, and shot estimates are experimental and can be wrong or incomplete. Point winners and scores require your review. Serve speed is an experimental estimate requiring reviewed contacts and calibration; it is not radar-validated. Do not use the tool as an official match record, automatic line-calling system, or guaranteed performance measurement. Review your cuts, annotations, statistics, and export before relying on them.
Availability and your copies
The service may be interrupted, changed, limited, or discontinued. Processing time and accuracy are not guaranteed. Keep your own originals and download exports you want to retain. An uploaded copy, cached playback file, or backup is not a substitute for your own archive. Access may be suspended to investigate misuse or protect the service.
Responsibility and legal rights
The service is provided on an “as available” basis, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses caused by experimental results, interruptions, or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
Changes and questions
The date above identifies this version. Material changes to how the service works or handles recordings will be reflected in these terms and the privacy notice. Review the current version before future use. Questions and requests can be directed through the contact page.
